Wonderful home for a large group!

Our group loved our stay at Cape Ann! We had three families in our party and everyone was pleased with our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and designed for entertaining large groups, and the living room/dining space was perfect for hanging out and playing games. The kids all loved the heated pool, hot tub, and game room, and the beach access was close and easy. I would definitely recommend Cape Ann!

Beautiful Vacation Home

The Cape Ann was everything we hoped for. Things were nearly labeled in the kitchen and the entire home was detail oriented. It was clean, well maintained and accessible to the beach and great restaurants. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or pool, but they looked lovely. We hope to visit here again.

Awesome vacation spot!

Wonderful Home!

This was our second year in a row staying at Cape Ann, and we have absolutely loved it each time. We have 8 adults and the home is a perfect set up for us. Perfect house for a family vacation

This was our first blended-family vacation all staying under one roof! Everyone had their own room, complete with a their own bathroom. The amenities were perfect. Lots to see and do in a perfect location. We would return to this vacation rental

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this house. It was clean had every amenity that we could possibly need. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Communication during rental was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing summer vacation!

We had the best week. Everything was better than we expected. House was immaculate and beds were super comfy. Well equipped, great location and golf cart was huge help! Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing house

This house exceeded our expectations. When looking for a vacation home for the family, I needed a pool, an elevator for my parents and for each room to have their own bathroom. It was perfect. Very very clean house and close to everything. We had the best ever family vacation.
