Welcome to Just Beachy at The Quay by KEES Vacations!

Just Beachy is an elegant 3 bedroom/3 bath end unit overlooking the tennis courts in The Quay subdivision in the heart of Nags Head. This home is just steps from the private walkway which will take you to either the sparkling pool, open Memorial Day-Labor Day, or the glorious beach, you can choose which body of water you want to enjoy first!

When you come back from the beach or pool, you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the farm style dining room table with seating for six, or your own Happy Hour from the wet bar. If you want to eat outside, the living room balcony has an elevated table with a built-in cooler.

The open floor plan ensures that nobody is left out of the conversation. Even if you are using the well-equipped kitchen, you can still enjoy conversations with family or friends. This family friendly condo has a fully stocked bookshelf, DVD cupboard and game shelf for lively evenings and the occasional rainy day.

When it's time for bed, you can choose which bedroom is right for you. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds, while upstairs there is a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom. The King En Suite also has an attached bathroom with a tile shower, as well as black out blinds so that you can enjoy the sunrise when you want to.

In the morning, take your coffee on the balcony, enjoy the ocean view, and welcome a beautiful new day on the Outer Banks.

Located at mile post 14, Just Beachy is 2 miles from the Outer Banks Outlet Mall, restaurants, bars, local shops, and even a mini golf course within walking distance. It is minutes from Jockey's Ridge, the Wright Brothers Memorial and First Flight Adventure Park.

If fishing is your thing, Pirates Cove Marina is just 5 miles away, where you can launch for head boat fishing or catch a sunset cruise on the sound. Just 15 minutes away is Oregon Inlet, where fishing charters head out each morning and afternoon.

End of summer - family vacation

The trip was awesome. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. We were steps from the beach and pool and there were a ton of great restaurants along with golf and shopping nearby. Thankfully, we did not need to visit the hospital that was right across the street. But it was nice knowing it there (given the tendencies of my daughter and me)

Awesome Couples Weekend

The accommodations were very nice however we had a mandatory evacuation. We did not have insurance so we are not getting a refund . I think we should have been offered some kind of reimbursement maybe not full payment but partial or given a voucher to stay at another location in the future.

Could not have asked for anything better!

My family rented this condo July 2019. We were all more than pleased. Very clean, neat and spacious. As far as kitchen gadgets and utensils, you name it our condo had it! (Blender, mixers, wine cooler, etc!) Now...the location. It was exactly as described. Just a walk out of the door, and up a few steps right ahead was the ocean and not too far from dining!! You won’t go wrong at this property.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. Love that it’s an end unit.

Very easy rental with Kees Rental. This is our 2nd time renting with Kees. Love that you receive a concierge letter detailing any question you might ask as well as the email that offers things to do as well as beach equipment rental. Check in process is a breeze since it’s a door code and you never have to worry about a key.

Really nice place! Decorated and appointed very well. Plenty of room for six. Easy to relax here!! Easy access to the beach, nice pool and it's in a great location. Great location, well furnished, and very clean and comfortable!

The location was very convenient, with the beach just a set of stairs away, and the pool just another complex or so over. A shopping center with food options and a grocery store was a 2 minute drive away to pick up any necessary supplies. The interior looked well maintained and clean, offering a very comfortable stay. Air conditioning was cold, hot water was hot, and the internet with wifi and basic cable TV was quite welcome. The only complaint I can think of was about the very cute metal dolphin knobs for the kitchen cabinets. They were very painful to quickly grip onto, and several of us yelped in momentary pain by being poked by the pointy tail fins. Definitely not a showstopper, but a warning to interested parties to just take care when opening the cabinets!

The only reason to give it a 4 star is there was a water main break - and we did not have running water for 6 hours. But apart from that a great Condo, awesome beach access, central to OBX.
