The cleaners got there at 3:30, same time we did . They were done by 4, it was not clean . The ac upstairs quit working , the light in the kitchen flickers . The hose was over running water in the pool . There is nails sticking up on the boardwalk and my step mom cut her toe pretty bad. My husband had to clean out the condensation drain because the air handlers cut off . It was 80 degrees upstairs for 2 days . Had to fix the dishwasher next to the stove.

Home was nice but not as described.

Property was nice and location right on the beach was great but the home owners need to invest in some upkeep. Pictures online need to be updated to show accuracy of the home. Upon arrival four of the TV’s we’re missing or had non working Roku’s which led to us purchasing four at a nearby target so we were able to watch TV at night. Jetted bath tub in the 3 rd floor bedroom stopped working and smelled as if it had caught on fire. For the price of the home I felt as though it should have been in better condition. Be sure to bring towels if you have a large group as they don’t supply many. House is in a great location and offers lots of space but it definitely needs some upkeep. Didn’t expect I would need to purchase items so that we would have working televisions and the TV in the upstairs living room didn’t work at all.

Oceanfront House

This house was exactly what I was looking for when trying to book. I got this house for my groomsmen and their partner and almost everyone had their own room and we could've even fit more people. It was a great location to use for me to get ready for the wedding and great for pictures. There is a private walkway to the beach, a pool, and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation 2023

Another family vacation in the books! The house was as advertised. A great beach location with plenty of room for the 15 adults. Several places to get away from the crowd or entertain the night owls. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub and some of us took a refreshing dip into the ocean. Well appointed kitchen. Main bedroom beds were comfortable but the bunk beds could use thicker mattresses. Plenty of parking for four+ vehicles.

Great vacation

We had a great time at this property. It could definitely use some updating. The shag carpet had sand spurs so you couldn't walk around bare footed. On a positive note the house had plenty of space for our family to spread out. Everyone had their own king bed and bathroom.

Prime Location

This house is very spacious, somewhat dated, but lots of room! Private pool, nice hot tub,, and walkway right to beach! Powder sand very very nice area. One disappointment was the cleaning company did not do a very good job and I did stop by Village Reality to let them know hoping we get refunded a portion of the cleaning fee 
 tbd. Village Reality did stop by and bring a new gas grill which was greatly appreciated. Overall enjoyed our stay! 😊
