Pet-friendly oceanside home in South Nags Head just steps to the beach!

The Grey Goose is an oceanside condo in the South Nags Head community of Dune South at milepost 18, just 350 feet to the beach!

On the top level, this spacious retreat boasts vaulted ceilings and a large great room with a connecting living area, dining area, kitchen, and a convenient powder room. Step out onto the deck off the living area to enjoy the warm ocean breezes with your morning coffee! Step ladder access leads to the loft area complete with a cozy double bed -an ideal spot for the older children.

On the mid level, all 3 bedrooms can be found, including a queen en suite with a private bath, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds.

The Grey Goose has WiFi to stay in touch with family and friends back at home and a PlayStation for kids of all ages. The large multi-use path in the area is great for biking and simply enjoying a walk with the family. The community also offers a volleyball court, a playground area, and a picnic table for al fresco family meals!

The Grey Goose offers everything you need to experience a delightful and relaxing Outer Banks vacation.

Please note that there are parking spaces for two cars.

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals.

The Grey Goose is pet-friendly (dogs only). There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

The Grey Goose includes credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 4th and October 19th, 2025 (7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
