This four-bedroom, OBX Rental Home provides a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate varying family sizes, with two bedrooms offering a spacious, mid-level deck to sit out and relax to the sounds of crashing ocean waves. The top floor's great room provides an ocean-facing dining area with ocean views, and the large layout offers plenty of room for family gatherings. The top sundeck expands off of this living area and features sites of the ocean, only a short walk from this Nags Head Rental Home!

Being directly across from a Nags Head Ocean-Access point with a pedestrian cross-walk, getting to the beach is a breeze! And when not spending time beside the ocean, relax in this home's private pool and hot tub, while spreading out in the open, pool-side enclosure.

We had a great time! Definitely enjoyed the pool and the elevator helped my mother in law with all the steps. Over all we had a fabulous time! Will be renting this place again!

Great Vacation

Overall, we had a very good stay. Loved was amazing. The elevator came in really handy when unloading and loading the truck. The house was clean, but the carpet needs replacing. We had plenty of room in the house to spread out, so we were not up on each other. The kitchen was stocked very well. Took a little time to get used to the TVs, but we were able to figure it out. If we go back, we would stay there again.

Do not rent this home

The home was extremely dirty, smelled of dog urine and dander. The elevator wasn’t functioning. The half bath toilet was unusable for 3 days without a call back or repair. I was told the manager would call me to address my concerns and received no call back. We spent 2 hours and our own money on cleaning supplies and candles to try to disguise the odors during our entire stay. The home needs obvious repairs (tape on walls and ceilings to disguise issues) and the odors were unbearable. We will not be staying here again and encourage other renters to find elsewhere to vacation.

Senior friendly

8 of us 65+ so elevator extremely helpful, just didnt like layout that had to go thru other's bedrooms, beds all need new mattresses, washer/dryer convenient on 2nd floor just intrusive to those staying in this room. There were issues we walked into that prior renters didnt report (TVs not functioning, leak under kitchen sink flooding floor, trip hazzard from deck into living rm, septic system needed cleaning out & hot tub not functioning right (thermostat not working correctly). Maintenance immediately addressed our issues, they were awesome as well as Tina addressing things truly caring that we were satisfied. Beach access & location was awesome, we were able to get there daily to enjoy( most of us have age related difficulties so the short walk/ drive were the best! We loved the house, location, pool area, hot tub area, dining room table that all 8 of us could sit at, except chairs as well as couches hard for seniors to get out of(kinda sank in deeply). Loved being close enough to hear ocean waves at night, see sunrise from the decks for those that couldnt walk down to ocean to see. This has been our 3rd trip to OBX & this house & its location & ease of getting to the ocean was by far the best & highly recommend it to future renters. This property was great for what we needed it for. We had a party of 8 people and it fit us well. Only a couple of things made it not so nice. One, we were disappointed that the pool was not heated. So we could not use the pool for our whole stay because it just stayed too cold. And two, we were also disappointed that the elevator was outside of the home. It made it really difficult for someone we had that was handicap and he could ride his mobility scooter through the home. The sliding doors that connected the bedrooms/living area were not flush with deck and flat so it really made it difficult for him to walk with his walker to get from the outside elevator to the inside. Also the elevator was very confusing and made it impossible to use unless you had someone on each level that you were traveling to so you could make it out of the elevator because you needed at least someone on the outside to help open the doors.
