Take in the breathtaking oceanfront views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and watch dolphins playing in the surf all while having your morning coffee on your spacious, 24' x 6' direct oceanfront balcony. The master bath was renovated in 2019 to include a spacious, walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, one king size bed, one queen size bed, one twin size bed, two 41'+ flat-screen TVs, one 37' flat-screen tv, cable & WiFi, and beautiful deck furniture round out the features that will make this condo a stylish, inviting and comfortable home away from home. Linens are also provided (bath and bedding) by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

Sweet Southern Pearl is centrally located to many great local attractions including, the newly renovated Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, fine and casual dining and much more.

Sorry, no pets or smoking in unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

Sweet Southern Pearl is located in South Nags Head. A car will be needed to facilitate your travel in the area. We are located approx. 90 miles from Norfolk International Airport and 120 miles from Raleigh, Durham International Airport.
