Excellent location and plenty of space

The location is perfect! Plenty of space for your entire family! The property manager, Village Reality is amazing! Extremely responsive! I rated the cleanliness as a 3 because the house didn’t seem freshly cleaned for our arrival. It would be nice if the owner of the property had more cleaning supplies and a vacuum to allow for the renter to have quick clean ups if needed. Great space for your family!!

Beautiful and large home. We would’ve liked more towels, but the kitchen it VERY well stocked. We waited forever for check in instructions that were late in the driveway in the rain. And they failed to inform us that a city employee was stopping by the inspect the plumbing in all bathrooms and kitchen areas which was a little invasive. Definitely bring your own beach towels and maybe extra showering towels. But the house is beautiful and comfy and we loved the movie room along with the beach view and hot tub.

Overall the rooms and bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We loved the location of the house being right on the beach but close to shops, grocery stores etc. The kitchen was decently stocked and the bar area and decks were nice. There was a good amount of space for our group of 10. Would’ve been nice for the grill to be a gas grill and a bit bigger but we made it work. Half the battle was figuring out light switches and what worked for which lights. Overall a really solid experience.
