Staff were very friendly and helpful (the lock on my room was broken and they fixed it immediately). The location is convenient for the port, so if you're going to take ferry trips, it's a good location. However, it's a slightly longer walk to the main tourist street and the nearest monorail station.

Staff was friendly and super helpful, the breakfast was surprisingly very good and filling, easy check in and check out. Not to bad for short term, especially if your not planning to stay in your room all day. Itโ€™s reasonably priced for what you get. Cons- the pillows were a little uncomfortable, I found a couple silverfish on my first day, and it took a bit of a long time to wait for the hot water to kick in when I was having a shower.
