It is located on the Moray Firth, famous for its bottle nosed dolphins and wide variety of sea life. There are two stunning sandy beaches here, with a promenade that runs along the front to the working fishing harbour. This delightful seaside town is renowned for its golf courses and excellent selection of restaurants and bars. There is a large nature reserve that runs along the coastline, with forests, sand dunes and trails for walking and cycling. Plenty of historic places of interest close by, including Cawdor Castle, Culloden Battlefield and Fort George. Inverness is just a 20 minutes’ drive away. Beach 1 mile.
