Giving it a rating of ‘Zero’ stars. I had a very bad experience with this booking. I reached out to the host, Irene, multiple times before arrival requesting check-in instructions, but she never responded. No check-in instructions were provided at all.The apartment address listed in the booking confirmation was incorrect and took us to the wrong location. I spent additional time and money using Uber, driving around trying to locate the apartment, but was never able to find it.Because the host was completely unresponsive and the location information was wrong, I was forced to make a last-minute booking at a different apartment. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and extra expense.This listing appears misleading and unreliable. I did not stay at the property because access was impossible and Irene was unresponsive. I am requesting a full refund. refund.
