Based on your response, your unprofessionalism and lack of tact speaks volumes. I spent over 155500 on my stay and would not complain about a measly 14500. You are clearly in need of more training because your mathematical skills are subpar. You also gaslighted me when you are clearly the one with a problem. Money is not a problem for me. I don't see why you would resort to tricks and name calling just because of a simply review. I actually find it funny. I honestly don't care what you think about me. I was able to afford all that money for my stay and if I say it was terrible, it clearly was. About my emotional wellbeing, anyone would be angry after seeing the invoice and comparing it with the Mpesa transactions which show I was clearly conned..but no thief will admit they were caught stealing. You can say what you want me but you are clearly the one with the problem. I was away from the hotel for a while and there's no way the cleaner would have been able to clean. Professionalism means you think about solutions with tact, clarity and decorum and unfortunately, you lack in all of this. I know you will still reply with something vile, as a reflection of your own character.

There were people attempting to enter my room at different times and the staff had some thieves. I used to order food from outside and they charged me 14000 saying I bought food at their restaurant.

Very convenient for a one night stay after a long flight from UK. We were very satisfied with the service and helpful staff and the room was spacious and clean for an affordable price. However, we were very warm in the room at night as no fan or air con and bathroom was in need of renovation.

It's close to the airport. The staff were nice and courteous. Security was good. However, the dinning experience wasn't that good. Meals take took long. Once you order a meal, give yourself at least an hour fifteen minutes. The prices are abit high and the food is not that good. They served us half cooked corn bread (ugali). Not cool Good thing Gateway mall is a few minutes walk from the hotel and there are excellent eatery places. There is a fridge and microwave in the rooms. I would stay here again for convince reasons.

Its nice

It was okay. The only minus for me was the lukewarm water from the shower considering the weather is quite cild in Nairobi at the moment. However the fridge and microwave provided for in the room won me over. I shall stay there again.
