Hotel is deep in the middle of a major construction project. The floors are covered in dusty tarps, construction tools are strewn in the entry and corridors. splintered wood edges are left exposed, as well as pieces of splintered timber, very unsafe for kids. the construction opens onto the breakfast dining area where the food is prepared, as well. Sawdust everywhere. The rooms themselves are unfinished, with dangerous breakage. Our room had chipped glass that was extremely sharp and exposed in the bathroom fixtures. This was after we changed rooms from a room that had holes in the walls and a huge curtain rod lying across the floor. Also, the hotel is not in a great location. You enter from a strip mall car park and are on a major blvd that is not walkable.

We stayed at Zafar Plaza Hotel for the second time and it was just as good as we remembered. After my first visit I told my wife that if we ever came back to Namangan we'd stay here again. This time she came with me and she was just as impressed. Check in was quick and the staff were genuinely friendly. Everyone we spoke to was polite helpful and always smiling. It never felt forced they just made us feel welcome. The room was spotless when we arrived. Everything looked new the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. You can tell the housekeeping team takes pride in what they do. Breakfast was another highlight for us. Plenty of choice fresh food every morning and everything was nicely prepared. We both looked forward to it. We knew they were finishing work on a new lift but to be honest it didn't affect our stay at all. The work area was properly covered off and kept away from guests. It was quiet clean and very well organised. What we liked most was how relaxed the whole stay felt. It's a modern hotel with comfortable rooms great service and people who genuinely care about their guests. We'd happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Namangan.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne au Zafar Plaza Hotel. Lors de ma première visite, il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur, mais cette fois, j’ai découvert qu’un ascenseur très élégant et original avait été installé. C’est une belle nouveauté pour Namangan et j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Ma chambre m’a également beaucoup impressionné ! Elle disposait d’un espace de travail privé avec un ordinateur et une imprimante, ainsi que d’un coin bar. La chambre est très belle, décorée avec goût et offre une atmosphère vraiment unique. Il y a aussi beaucoup de livres intéressants. Malheureusement, il n’y avait pas de livres en français parmi eux. Mais je n’avais encore jamais vu une approche aussi originale à Namangan. Le petit-déjeuner était déjà très bon lors de ma première visite, mais cette fois, le choix était encore plus large. J’ai vraiment apprécié la qualité et la variété des produits. Malheureusement, je n’ai pu rester qu’une seule nuit cette fois-ci, car j’avais déjà acheté mon billet pour Tachkent. Sinon, j’aurais vraiment aimé prolonger mon séjour de quelques jours ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Zafar Plaza Hotel pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur professionnalisme et leur attention aux détails. Lors de mon prochain voyage à Namangan, je reviendrai certainement vous voir ! À très bientôt ! ❤️ Une belle découverte à Namangan !
