Good potential but fell short.

A lovely location and park was clean and tidy and set out very well. Easy access to walk the break-wall or head out on to walking tracks. I did not feel that the unit we had was value for money though. The cabin was older and the one we had the a/c did not work, the shower sliding doors kept coming off the rails, the street light outside the main bedroom shone straight onto my husbands head of a night through improperly installed blinds, you had to climb into the bath to open/close the blind, the lounge was old and no instructions on how to use the outdoor bbq. Staff were excellent though so it was a shame that all the other little things let the place down.

Cold night.. air con is situated above kitchen sink? Bedroom doesn’t get much if any warm air around corner thru doorway and not much in lounge sitting area.. windy night.. very loud noises coming from area behind unit all night!

Great place for a stopover

We had a short but pleasant stay in a lakeside cabin on our trip north. The cabin was clean and comfortable, possibly one of the older ones but still great. Loved the balcony with table and chairs right next to the lake. Great spot!

Great stay

Our stay at Ingenia was lovely. The whole place has a very relaxed feeling and everyone we met was friendly. The cabin was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect. It is a very easy walk to the restaurant/cafe/kiosk and also to the breakwall. We will be back again.

Budget cabin was all we could get for 2 nights. Shower was tiny had to dry off outside bathroom. Door key was bent when received and stopped working. Replaced with another bent key. Cabin 69. Got stuck at gate a number of times when keypad code didn’t work.
