Welcome to The Cut Mullet, a relaxing holiday home in walking distance to eateries, beaches and shops.

This Holiday home is a split-level design. Upstairs is the main living area with a fully renovated and equipped kitchen; open plan dining and lounge; one bedroom with a King size bed; a generous size bathroom and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The downstairs level is via an external stairwell. It has two good sized bedrooms. The front bedroom with water views, has a queen bed and the back bedroom has both a single bed and a king single bed.

Also, downstairs is a living area, bathroom, washing machine facilities and a kitchenette for boiling the kettle and making the toast.

If a fifth bed is required, one of the upstairs lounges is a quality fold out sofa bed and linen can be provided on request.

Other facilities that are included upstairs are a microwave; BBQ; WIFI; Pod Coffee Machine; TVs both upstairs and downstairs and ceiling fans throughout. Please note that there is only air conditioning in the bedroom

Toiletries are NOT provided, please bring your own products, for example soap, shampoo etc.

Nambucca Heads boasts a great community spirit, which is reflected in its user-friendly boardwalks, outdoor sculptures, playgrounds, bike friendly paths and picnic areas.

There is the beautiful Shelly Beach with it shade trees; the Main Beach which has the Club Cafe and lifeguards on duty; dog friendly beach and the picturesque Nambucca River estuary which is great for stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and swimming.

Eateries include: Matilda’s; V Wall Pub; Wharf Street Café; Island Golf Club; Good Time Charlies; RSL and many more.
