1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard.

타지역 쏠비치에 비해 방이 작았지만 깔끔하고, 직원분들 친절하시고, 전체적으로 만족했습니다. 다만, 수영장에 탈수기가 없는점이 아쉬웠습니다. 코인세탁기 이용하라는데 전체 세탁코스만 있고 탈수만 할수 있는 기능이 없너서불편했습니다.

숙소 내부는 깨끗하고 청결했습니다. 특히 호텔과 빌라 주변 산책로가 매우 인상적이었습니다. 야간에는 은은한 빛으로 둘러싸여 있고 주간에는 바다와 섬의 아름다운 풍경이 가득해서 가족들과 산책하기에 너무 좋았네요.
