Staff are very friendly and helpful, but hardly anybody speeks another language than Chinese. The location is convenient, but the city of Nanjing is as anonymous as other Chinese cities, if it wasn't for the city wall..

Très bon hôtel dans le centre-ville de Nanjing. Personnel accueillant parlant parfaitement l'anglais.

The dining area on the 2nd floor is the best, but the room is very old, and the service is mediocre.
I just traveled from Shanghai and stayed in Portman Ritz-Carlton for two days. The service there is so much better than Jinling。

Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly which was very nice. Room was spacious with lots of walking space but slightly dated.

服務親切且舒適的飯店
