Resort amenities with vacation home pricing make this stylish and family friendly condo a rare find. Enjoy the Vancouver Island lifestyle with beaches, trails and activities all in walking distance. This condo is tucked away in beautiful Nanoose Bay that is only a 10 minute drive to Parksville.

The mini kitchenette is just right for the traveller that needs the basics.

Where fun and relaxation meet!

Bay views (B Side) in a beautifully appointed studio suite w/ king size bed & queen pull out couch and mini kitchenette. This suite also boasts a large bathroom with shower and deep soaker tub.

Enjoy ocean views over a cocktail while taking in the sunset on your private balcony or on cooler days curl up by the fireplace after stretching out in the soaker tub with a great book.

Enjoy seasonal use of stand-up Paddle boards, kayaks and retro style cruiser bikes, as well as an indoor games room with pool table and ping pong table for when the weather is inclement. The kids will love complimentary pop corn on Friday and Saturday evenings.

There is also a indoor pool, hot tub and BBQ area for guest to share. You will have access keys and codes in your suite.

A brand new restaurant has just opened on the property this spring ~ PACIFIC MOON RISING Bar & Grill

This vacation home is managed for the owner by an independent company. We will provide you with our contact information upon check in day.

Set along side beautiful Craig Bay, our thirteen-acre property included gardens, trails, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, barbeques, a selection of seasonal lawn games as well as a 10 court Pickle Ball facility. The resort is a perfect destination for relaxation and fun.

Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas.

There is a large covered parkade next to the building for parking.

The suite has it's own private entrance and is equipped with a keypad for self-check-in & check-out

Guests can use the stairs or the elevator located in the lobby to access the suite

- Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don't leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.

Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas:
Resort guests, and visitors must not smoke or vape on strata property. All forms of smoking and vaping are prohibited as follows:
-within strata lots,
-common property and limited common property, including but not limited to hallways, elevators, parking garages, stairs, patios and balconies, and
-on any land that is common property or a common asset, except in marked outdoor smoking areas designated by strata council.

When checking-out, please remember to,

- Please return the amenities key is returned to the hook by the >>>>>
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Please put used towels in the bathtub.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Netflix or streaming accounts.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.

Wonderful week getaway!
This was the most gorgeous place with the best location you are not a drive from Parksville and Nanaimo! The mini resort has a spa and pool and even a restaurant with a 2 minute walk away. The place was very clean and we have everything we would’ve needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and super friendly. We will definitely be recommending and coming back.

Get Away
Great location and amenities for a reasonable price. The kitchenette provides basic essentials but it would be more convienent if it had running water with a sink. However, the Pacific Moon Rising Restaurant is nearby and provides great meals and service for those who wish to "Skip the Dishes".
