Welcome to Jad’Or, a charming, tastefully renovated duplex, quietly nestled on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a secure residential block. This cosy retreat for two strikes the perfect balance between contemporary style and comfort, just a few minutes from Nantes city centre. Ideal for a business trip or a weekend away for two, you’ll enjoy a private parking space, ultra-fast fibre broadband and a range of local amenities.

A cosy and functional interior:
-Fully equipped kitchen (combination oven, Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.) so you can cook just like at home.
-Cosy living room with flat-screen TV, fibre broadband and dining area.
-Upstairs: bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, large walk-in wardrobe and a desk area.
-Modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

For your convenience, a washing machine, a clothes horse, an ironing board and an iron are provided.

Self-check-in via a key box located in a laundrette near the accommodation is possible between 4 pm and 9 pm. For any arrival outside these times, a surcharge will apply and the keys will be handed to you in person.

Just a stone’s throw from Place René Bouhier and its local shops, including a bakery, wine shop, supermarket, florist and chemist… Not to mention the local gourmet spots! On the banks of the Erdre, close to the quays: ideal for culinary strolls or relaxing by the water’s edge.

Direct access to the river shuttle to explore Trentemoult, a picturesque village on the banks of the Loire.
- By car: one underground parking space is available (secure gate and numbered space). We’ll give you the access badge when you check in. Parking space dimensions: height 1.75m / width 3m / depth 4.80m.
- Bus route number 11 takes you to the magnificent Place de l’Opéra Graslin as well as all the other places of interest
- Tram: Line 1, ‘Gare Maritime’ stop, is a 5-minute walk away and will take you to Place du Commerce and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne in under 15 minutes
- Railway station: just 5 tram stops away

A real bonus: the “Gare Maritime” stop also allows you to take the river shuttle across the Loire to explore Trentemoult, a former fishing village known for its colourful houses, traditional bistros and crêperies.

Jad'Or Very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Couch is comfortable and the coffee machine makes really delicious coffee. The internet speed was fast (~200mbps) and sufficient for working. Definitely would recommend and visit again. Warnings: bathroom has a bad sewage smell (even when clean) and the mattress is very thin so it may hurt your back.
