With a surface area of 47 m², this flat has been carefully renovated to offer you a warm and cosy decor. You'll feel right at home here! The flat comes with a secure basement parking space, which is a must in Nantes if you're coming by car.

The flat is arranged as follows:

- A very modern, fully-equipped kitchen: combined oven, fridge, 3-burner hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The kitchen opens onto the living room.
- A lounge with sofa bed (140X200), television, wifi and access to a small balcony, ideal for soaking up the sun.
- A bathroom with bath and heated towel rail.
- A pleasant bedroom with new quality bedding (double bed 140X200) and a large wardrobe.

Le Sphinx is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys. Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
