Studio in the City Center with Terrace and Secure Parking

This charming studio of 20 m² on the ground floor, refurbished and fully equipped, overlooks a private terrace of 10 m², quiet on the courtyard side of the residence. The apartment has a secure parking space in the basement accessible with an elevator.

The apartment consists of the following rooms:
- An entrance with a large closet with a wardrobe and storage

- A main room with a double bed convertible sofa (140x190 mattress, 12cm thick). An equipped kitchen (induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge, grill oven and microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils ...) with basic products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar. ..). A high table for 2 people allowing to take meals or which can serve as an office. A television as well as a broadband internet box. A library with different books, guides, tourist brochures available and a "Google Home" to listen to music or answer all your questions :-)

- A bathroom with WC, shower, sink, cupboard with mirror, towel dryer, hair dryer and a washing machine. Basic equipment is also provided (2 small towels, 2 large towels, toilet paper, soap)

- A quiet terrace with a garden furniture (1 table and 2 chairs)

- A secure parking space in the basement of the residence (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 m).

Accommodation is provided for 2 people however it can accommodate up to 2 people and a young child if you bring a cot.

For cleaning, we ask you to do your dishes and throw your trash when you leave. We take care of the rest.

For your arrival, we will welcome you in person or we will offer you an autonomous arrival with a key box if you think you will arrive late or if your arrival time is uncertain.
