The Duché - Superb historic city center apartment

Situated in a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants, in Nantes city center, less than 5 mn walk to place Royale and Tour Bretagne, you will definitely enjoy the beautiful light, the calm and the comfort of this lovely decorated 46m² apartment with such a great atmosphere.

It is on the top floor, 3th floor/3 with NO elevator.

Once inside, you will discover a beautiful much equipped modern kitchen with its solid historical parquet floor, and everything you need to cook during your stay.
On the kitchen's left hand side stands a lovely nicely decorated living room. Its wooden beams and old tiles on the floor offer such an authentic and very Frenchy atmosphere !
You will enjoy a nice HD TV with its 2-person sofa bed, and a dining wooden table (extensions are provided if you need it bigger).
Then, on the kitchen's right hand side is a quiet and cosy little corner with a bright window, plants and a 2 persons table, ideal for the morning's coffee.

Upstairs, you will find 2 nice bedrooms, each one with its double bed and mansard window, and a beautiful relaxing bathroom with a modern shower and a bathroom vanity.
The restroom are downstairs.

It is an apartment nicely renovated and very comfortable, but with strong identity and historical roots, and by its situation, perfect for an easy visit of Nantes as everything you need to see is nearby.
Ideal for a business trip with colleagues, or a romantic weekend, or a weekend with friends.

ATTENTION : the stairs to the 1st floor inside the apartment are secured with a railing on one side only. If you travel with children, you must watch them at all times.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 or 3 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€/person for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 or 3 persons wish to use the 3 double beds, the extra cost is 18€/stay.

By booking, you accept our security camera facing the front door only to control the number of travellers. It only views the front door to allow for an autonomous check-in and check-out. Data are saved for 10 days. You can express your rights by contacting us by messaging us on the website.
