Spectacular Ocean Views from This Large Welcoming Home

Wonderful water views across the back of the house, this is a warm and welcoming upside down house.

Enter in the first floor family room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV and cable/internet. A screened-in porch has seating and a hammock. There are three bedrooms on the first floor: a queen bedroom and private bath with shower and two twin bedrooms with sliders to a porch. A full bath with double sink and tub/shower is between the two twin bedrooms. An outside shower is off the screen porch.

Second floor has a large open living room with gas fireplace and multiple sofas. A deck is across the back of the house that looks over conservation land to the ocean beach. The deck has a table/chairs with sun umbrella, gas grill and lounges for sun and reading. The dining area at the end of the living room has a table seating eight that can be expanded. The large kitchen has room for multiple chefs with a center island with a second sink. Off the kitchen is a queen bedroom and small deck to watch the sunset. This bedroom has a full bath with shower that is also accessible from the main living area.

A loft over the kitchen offers extra space for play and sleeping. Bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards are nice extras.
