A new luxury two bedroom apartment . Located a mile from town and the beach. Tastefully decorated with all you need to enjoy your visit to the Island. The kitchen has Silasstone counters ,Stainless steel refrigerator,stove, dishwasher , microwave and garbage disposal .There are hardwood floors throughout Sit back and enjoy in the comfort of the HV/AC .

This VRBO was great! Dorothy had everything we needed for beach days including beach chairs, towels a cooler. The place was fully equipped with anything we could need or want and the location was perfectly central, making it easy to get to town and multiple different beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

Mid-Island Gem

The apartment was very clean & comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with every toiletry you could think of in case you forgot something. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise too. The location was great, allowing us to bike all over the island. I got to see parts of the island I’ve never seen before. We had very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend “Mid-Island Gem.” The apartment was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to come back to the island and stay here again.

A true hidden gem!!

Absolutely adored this stay. Located in such a wonderful location, it really is a hidden gem! Everything was so clean and easy to check in. Hosts were very responsive, friendly, and had great recommendations. My group of 3 friends were very comfortable here. Cannot recommend this more! Thank you Dorothy and Phil!

Nantucket Gem

This Nantucket property was about as classy and clean as any VRBO rental could be! This two-bedroom private entry rental showcased the care and attention the owners put into this "apartment" as they built it. Great location in Nantucket with easy access to the local bus line. Beautifully landscaped surroundings really add to the overall charm. A must visit!

What a beautiful and conveniently located spot on Nantucket! So incredibly clean with beautiful craftsmanship. Dorothy and her husband were more than accommodating and their space is full of amenities and everything you need for your stay. I can’t recommend this place enough, true hospitality!!!

Great Stay

Pictures do not do this place justice. So clean, convenient to the different parts of the island. Great welcome gift of wine and cute cooler bag. About 20-30 walk downtown which is just right.

Fantastic Nantucket Stay

My husband and I LOVED staying at Dorothy and Phil's for our time on Nantucket. The apartment is perfect for a couple, small family, or few friends. It was immaculate inside, exactly as it was pictured online. The location was a great jump off point for all the island has to offer. It was a quick 10 minute bike ride into town, or you can easily hop on the bus which stops right out in front. We're already looking forward to our next trip to Nantucket, and are planning on staying here again - hopefully for even longer so we can make good use of the awesome kitchen and outdoor space.

Incredible place!

We loved everything about it -- location, decorations, amenities. even nicer than the pictures show. Kitchen was well-stocked nd we loved the outdoor space. Supplied us with beach chairs and beach towels which was so helpful!

great mid island stay

Great upstairs apartment mid island - the bus is conveniently next door to the unit and you can get anywhere within 15-20 minutes on the island. I do recommend having a car or bikes if you stay here though. The hosts were extremely gracious and thoughtful - leaving the house well stocked and a check in gift! House is exactly as described in listing. It would be a little tight for 2 couples, but you have a nice little backyard area to eat outdoors! Thanks to Dorothy for the stay.

Dorothy created a beautiful space. The location is conveniently located right on the bus route to get around the island. There is a wonderful nature trail nearby that takes you to the beach. My family really enjoyed our stay.

GREAT bang for your buck

This place was AWESOME. Dorothy does a phenomenal job of taking a Vrbo apartment rental and making it feel like a hotel experience. She provides a welcome card along with toiletries, towels, and beach towels! The backyard is sectioned off and private with a grill to save on eating out all meals. The apartment is actually a bit more spacious than pictures show with a full kitchen and living area with TV. We felt as though the stay was very private - but would have been able to contact Dorothy very easily if need be. We rented bikes - not a great route into town would be the only draw back. However a bus shuttle is available right at the end of the street. Overall HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing Vacation

Perfect location

This was perfect Nantucket home base for our family of four. Great location (we biked the entire island) and very close to town. All the furnishings are high-end and beds very comfortable. Outdoor patio was nice and tranquil. Owners Dorothy and Phil did a wonderful job in building out the apartment - they thought of everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Last minute perfect getaway

My fiancĂ© and I were looking for a last minute getaway on the island after we postponed our wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the stay. It was a perfect location, easy communication and beautiful apartment renovation. Would absolutely recommend people to stay here. Can’t say enough good things!
