READ BEFORE RENTING

King bed was hard, horrible, and concave in on both sleeping sides. Hand down the biggest complaint. Probably a decade old and so uncomfortable. And I sure hope you like waking up with the sun! All windows have the most paper thin cheap window coverings. The bathroom fans make HORRENDOUS noises when turned on and the light flickers when you shower. The internet wasn’t working upon arrival and fixed up is spotty at best
 download/ upload speeds are atrocious. TVs are from 2010 and “DirectTv” is from the resort miles away; single channel flipping no guide. Tennis/pickle ball courts?! Yes! Equipment for travelers to utilize? NOPE! It’s BYOR (bring your own racket). Pool doesn’t open till Memorial Day. By “Zen garden” it’s actually spider infested furniture DISGUSTING and covered in dirt, bird poop, pollen, etc. The iron in our unit was broken and spewed water everywhere ruining clothes. No full length mirror at all just the countertop mirrors in the bathrooms. The close up mirror in the master bathroom the light doesn’t work. 4,388 was an insane price for four nights. And this may just be how Napa is; pay a TON of money for very little
 insanity! Just spend the extra cash for the resort. You won’t regret it.

Never booking this place again

We had booked this place to celebrate my 50th bday with 4 of my friends in Napa. We all traveled across the coast. As we arrived the instructions on how to open the main door were not clear. After 3 phone calls and losing another 40 mins after 6 hrs flight was not what we expected to start the trip. In fact after our feedback the property manager updated the instructions. Next morning we were looking to cook breakfast and head out early. The cooking range was not working. We lost 3 hrs till it was repaired, and ofcourse we were hungry. We could have booked hotel rooms but we chose this luxurious place for convenience and to experience living under one roof. The property manager offered to bring some fruits and even give us some credit for this inconvenience. Instead we got a cheese cake and tarts which none of us wanted, given that there are 3 grocery stores and even Whole Foods from where the cake was purchased, bringing fruits wouldn’t have been difficult. We stayed for 3 nights and after I reached home I asked the property manager for credit through an email. When I got no response, I called her and she behaved as if I was being unreasonable after what she did for us and very surprisingly she hung up on me!! I what to share that you lost not only one customer but many customers. We were not unreasonable in asking this. On the day of our arrival and also next day we had to delay our dinner and lunch reservations. We started our trip on this bad experience.

**Not recommended**

On paper the place is nice. Location is wonderful. However the heater doesn’t work. Avg temp at night was 65-68 which is too cold for myself and my elderly mother. There were also 2 small cockroaches in the master. I contacted the property manager who couldn’t get anyone to fix the heater until after we left. She also accused me of basically implanting roaches in the unit. Strongly discourage staying here until the issues are resolved.

Beautiful Neighborhood

We used our stay as a place to rest while visiting family. The golf course was nice to walk on. Overall good, but could use some updating in the kitchen.. Pans were old teflon and scratched. Needs touch up paint on the walls and baseboards. TV in bedrooms didn't work.

Beautiful condo and location

Condo was beautiful and perfect for our group of 6. Outside space is also beautiful with three areas to enjoy. Location is great- close to Napa and many wineries. The Market is also convenient.

The location of the property was great. It is in a gated community so felt very safe. The front door was very difficult to open and was told by management when we called to just leave one of the sliding doors unlocked. The sink was disgusting as the water from the previous renter did not drain. My husband found the wrench under the sink and fixed the garbage disposal for them. There were no new trash bags to put fresh bags in after we emptied our trash. The floors weren’t overly clean. There were enough towels for our family of six but only a few wash cloths for our three nights stay. The location was pretty and located on a golf course. The house worked for us but was expecting a little more for the price we paid.

nice condo in quiet location

Stayed in the rental for a niece's wedding at the resort. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and clean. Outdoor space quite lovely, A little spendy but that's what you get for summer in Napa.

The property is amazing. It’s beautiful, clean and spacious. It looks much more beautiful in person than the pictures show. I would highly recommend this place. The only inconvenience was that there was no extra toilet paper and we ran out.

Great location and unit

The Condo was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here. We did have a problem getting the heat to work the first night but it was quickly resolved. It would have been nice if the unit contained aluminum foil and ziplock bags but I know that it is not a requirement.

3 star property at 5 star price

The Napa condo was mediocre, especially given it was nearly $1000 per night with fees. When we arrived it was FREEZING and took hours to warm up and the only room that got very warm was the master...the rest of the house struggled to warm up. Floors were a bit dirty upon check-in but everything else seemed fairly clean. There was a note to "not use the laundry" which is always a game changer for me-one of the reasons I rent condos is to have a washer and dryer. So we went to the pool to do the laundry and the machine ate my money and gave me an error code. Overall it was fine, beds were comfy. Using the lock box and keys was not user friendly (automatic coded lock would be ideal). I think for that price point I would stay in a hotel in the future.
