Great location, nice resort....but...

Checking in to the hotel was great. We stayed in one of the residence Condo's. We were vacationing with an 8 month old baby. The resort itself is gorgeous and baby friendly. BUT, at 1 am, three of the smoke detectors went off due to a low battery. One was so high, it was unreachable. We contacted the front desk to assist and they did not answer. Needless to say, the baby was awake and crying! Also, left a message for the Tennis Pro as we wanted a hitting lesson and never received a call back. This is my 5th time staying here, so this trip was a little disappointing.

Really great experience. Check in was smooth and staff was extremely welcoming. The added touch of free water and a welcome bottle of wine in room were a surprise and delight. The room was so clean! The only thing we would possibly change is room location. It got really noisy starting around 7:30am. We were close to the main building/lobby area.
