Motel De La Mer is a perfect place for a "free and easy" holiday. The surrounding itself e g. the accessibly beautiful beach and ocean front makes this motel even more touristically attractive for stays.
The staff were not only friendly, but also very accommodating in their own ways. Julie and Santini were superb - front staff. The housekeeping staff are so well trained and we felt "afresh" all the time with the daily housekeeping provided by them. Thank you all!

We absolutely love this beautiful motel. We arrived a little early after a drive from Taupo. The owner greeted us and let us park our car and suggested a cute little coffee shop while we waited. The room was amazing and we loved the art deco style. This motel is a total gem and highly recommended. One of the highlights of our North Island road trip
