Not a great experience

Got off to a poor start, the room was ready but an appliance had been left in the room. We put on the ground floor with no view. I felt this should have been stated at time of booking. Often cases or other items were left in the corridor partially blocking our access to our room. After multiple stays at Te Pania we felt let down, and not sure that we will return
