Was a bit surprised about the $500 security deposit because my ID says I live in Naples. I own a home in Naples but it’s now a rental. Quite amazed that Naples residents would trash a hotel in the same town as I was told by the front desk.

What a horrible place! Homeless people laying all over the property! They gave me a room that was already occupied three times, and the rooms were filthy. Just horrible!!
