This ranch home is located on a canal with direct access to the Gulf/Naples Bay(no bridges). Amazing water sports access. We are in the cool & hip Bayshore Arts district! Great restaurants, Naples Botanical Gardens, boating, 3 miles to DT Naples and 4 to the beaches. This is a perfect family/friends vacation location spot. We have all the gear to enjoy this location. Quiet neighborhood/newly renovated/great views.
You must book for the number of guests in the room. Any unannounced additional guest will result the nominal charge as listed on the site. No visitors allowed. The area should remain quiet after 11pm. No parties or gatherings that would create noise complaints or disturbances. Enjoy your time here, but please respect the home as my guest. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE CAN RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE GUEST/GUESTS STAY AT OUR DESCRETION. No open flames, candles or incense in the house. Lost key will result in a $50 fee. Do not use towels for make-up removal, dyeing hair or anything else that would damage/discolour towels, sheets, carpet or blankets. Replacement charges will apply. Any damage to the carpets from food, dye, make up or any other source will result in a cleaning fee. No modifications to the home, its utilities, systems, structure, fixtures are permitted. Primary guest must provide their legal name, address and telephone number, all to be verified upon request.
Guests have use of recreational equipment in the garage and are responsible for their care and return to its original location for inspection and inventory. Primary guest will be charged for any missing items, cleaning or damage of such equipment. These are to be used at the sole discretion of the guests and the primary guest is responsible for its safe use. YOU MUST SUPPLY AND WEAR LIFE VESTS WHEN USING KAYAKS OR PADDLE BOARDS. We do not supply life vests as there are too many different size combinations. This listing, WanderLust GA LLC or its agents are not responsible for any damage, misuse, unsafe use, injuries to any guests or others associated with the primary guests, while using such equipment or facilities associated with the property. Watersports and the dock area can be high risk for injuries, and we make no claim of liability. The registered guest assumes all such liabilities by accepting this reservation.
