I love it when everything said in the VRBO blurb is true. The location was truly close to the beach (.8 of a mile on my walking app), and Coastal Cottage has everything you need for a beach stay (towels, beach chairs, and a little cart to transport these things to the beach in). There were bikes and helmets in varying sizes. The two beds our party of 4 stayed in (a king and a queen) were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. If you do need to contact Gloria for anything, she gets back to you promptly. We ate most of our meals out (hey, we were on vacation), but the kitchen was well-appointed (several coffeemakers, pots & pans, silverware & good knives, glasses & mugs, cutting boards & cooking utensils, etc.). The backyard screened-in porch is a lovely spot to sip your coffee and chat.

Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. House has all the beach needs - chairs, umbrella, coolers and bikes if you want to ride including an adult three wheeler with a basket that you can load your beach stuff. Naples Park is 91-100’s Streets is an interesting area going through gentrification with some tear down new homes in the 2M. Lovely neighborhood and friendly neighbors. My pup B really love it.

First and foremost, I thought the host was incredibly attentive. I did feel like though for the price the home wasn’t in the best shape. There were multiple outlets that didn’t work, the grills didn’t light, the house was extremely musty smelling and the AC fan was broken and ran constantly. I feel like for a certain price points these things should be working. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful- I get it rentals get beat up and things break. The house was an incredible location, it just needs some TLC.

Five Stars! The Perfect Naples Getaway!

My sister, daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more! The hosts thought of everything from what you need in the kitchen to what you need at the beach! Every detail felt intentional and warm. Super quiet. Great back porch with private yard space. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I know where Im staying next time I'm in Naples! I highly recommend it! Kudos to these fantastic hosts! Five stars!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Naples, welcher insbesondere auch an dem Haus lag. Dieses liegt in ruhiger Lage und StrandnĂ€he. Die Entfernung zur Stadt an sich ist etwas weiter weg (ca. 20 Minuten). Dies ist jedoch fĂŒr die USA nicht ungewöhnlich.Das Haus ist nicht mehr das neueste jedoch mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat einen sehr eigenen Charm und wir wĂŒrden es bei Bedarf jederzeit wieder buchen. Vollste Empfehlung!

North Naples Charmer

Great location: walkable to beach and there are bikes and beach things available. There is a three wheel trike, too! Very quiet neighborhood, fenced yard and dog friendly. Multiple sleeping options with king, queen, trundle and sleeper sofa and rollaway. Screened porch and good WiFi connection, but neighborhood has poor ATT connections. Transitional area with lots of new housing going on. Close to everything you might need! There are steps that are steep out to garage and backyard to be considered. Nice appliances and charming decor. We enjoyed our three month stay!

Beach Paradise

We can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is and a short walk to the beach. Close to everything Naples has to offer and a great coastal vibe. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommended.
