The room is clean and brand new. The staff is wonderful. There are options like laundry and vending machines that offer vast options. The property is accepting guests even though this appears to be a soft open.

The text message to guests needs to have the message updated with proper spelling as currently reads: “We hope you enjoyed your stay at ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Windham Naples.” Again staff just got thru Holiday rush. There is a lot that they are juggling as they implement new guest protocol. They are doing a fantastic job trying to meet guests needs. The coffee maxhine has been non operational my entire stay and that is dissapointing. Healthy food options are non exsistent and Farmers Fridge vending should be added. It would also be nice to have a vending machine for the extras. Like blow dryer. Package delivery lockers need to be added as well. There is a disconnect for the Expedia person booking and need to take advantage of weekly rate and having fees waived for extending a stay at prooerty designed to be extend a stay....

Amenities are a la cart. You have to pay for EVERYTHING! There's nothing in the room. If you want a coffee maker, you can buy one for $35. If you want clean towels, you can purchase them for $15 each, or you can wash them in the self serve laundromat. Same with the sheets. It was bare bones. If you need help with anything, be prepared to pay for it.

The staff is efficient while managing a moderate yet steady guest load on one of the busier days at the property during my stay. The check in & out process through automation is efficient. The addtional touch points with on site staff have been exempleary. Personally I felt attended to by staff in a time efficient manner. The property remains upkept and clean as well. I even noticed linen exchanges at various times to accomodate what appears to be various guests requests.

The hotel and room were new and great. My only issue was slamming doors in the middle of the night. That issue was more the other guests, but I would suggest the hotel place soft closing doors on all rooms. I do understand it was a budget hotel and I will stay again.
