A tropical looking Single Family pool home with palm trees, mango and lemon trees set in a lush private, fenced in yard. Inside the Villa is bright a colorful with a large dining area overlooking the pool. The 3 bedrooms have a king size, queen size and 2 single beds sleeping 6 people comfortably. We have cable TV, WiFi and free state park beach access for guests to use. The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The back-screened lanai has plenty of sun loungers & comfy chairs, a grill and pool toys. We are close to all the shops and restaurants of Naples so if you want to leave the car at home, take a short walk and enjoy the surrounding nightlife. If you prefer the beach, a brisk walk, a short bike ride or the car will get you there in no time. This is the ideal location and property to make your vacation as relaxing as you'd expect it to be. Pets welcomed with approval

The host is super responsive and quickly answered all our questions. Back yard and pool/hot tub area is wonderful! We spent most of our time there when we were at the home. Three full bathrooms met all our needs. Great location and Naples' beaches are the best in the world. We will be back.

This home exceeded all expectations. The private screened pool was pristine and perfect for relaxing any time of day, and the Weber BBQ made outdoor dining a pleasure. The tropical backyard is stunning, complete with mango, coconut, and pineapple trees, along with other plants that make it feel like a true paradise. We loved the included bikes for exploring the area, and the fast, stable WiFi was perfect for both work and leisure. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. No problems at all during our stay, just relaxation and enjoyment. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay

We agree with all the other wonderful reviews this property has received. Perhaps my personal favorite is the fantastic pool area surrounded with a backdrop of beautiful tropical plants including a huge mango tree, flowering lemon tree, coconut tree packed with coconuts, other palms and beautiful Bougainvillea peeking over the fence. Simply charming!

10 out of 10 Christmas Getaway

This is an exceptionally clean and well appointed vacation home. Can't say enough good things about it. Listing is very accurate. Communication with the host is excellent. The location is perfect... just blocks from the beach, restaurants, and shopping, but out of the tourist congestion of the resorts. Home was spotless and roomy for our family of six. The screened pool and whirlpool are the perfect size and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook and serve. Tons of towels and beach towels. All the beach extras (bikes, chairs, toys for little ones) are a very nice touch and convenience (especially when you travel by plane). Loved having a washer and dryer to pack lighter and keep up with laundry during the stay. We will definitely look to return and book again.

Nice family weekend

We spent a long weekend at the blue house ahead of Christmas and it was great. Weather was a little chilly in the evening but the hot tub was still usable and was an excellent way to warm up! The house was super organized, well equipped, and had everything we needed and more. Great for our 2 little ones (2.5 and 5 months) as well as the adults. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely return in the future. It was a beautiful house that made us feel right at home!

***** Five star, Five Diamond***** Great house, warm and welcoming. The property was very clean and very well organized. I love the layout of the house and specifically the fact that i can see my kids in the pool from any corner of the living room or kitchen area. You feel like at home. The location can`t be beat, close to evertything you need in Naples. The owner was very helpful in making our stay easy and enjoyable. Anytime we had a question he would immediately respond. I reccomend this place 100%.

Great family timr

The home has all of the outdoor amenities that you could want for a vacation, everything from different sized bikes, beach toys, paddle boards, coolers, beach pass, etc., although we did not partake in any of these. The lanai opened to the beautiful screened in pool and spa with a fenced in yard, making for excellent family fun. We had family living in the area, so they did not stay with us but had a great time outside. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pots and pans, etc., although it would be nice if Keurig cups (and ice packs for the coolers) would have been included. The bedrooms are nice size but two of the bathrooms are fairly small. We had three adults and a small dog staying there and the inside common area was just right for our small group. The only suggestions I have would be to include a tv in the lanai area and try to do something about the corner of the shower in the bathroom with the queen bed. My daughter stubbed her toe and ripped a nail on the corner. In summary, I would definitely rent that home again.

Pictures are accurate, homeowner/host very responsive. House was everything we hoped for. Kitchen has all the gadgets you need. The best placed we've stayed for all the kitchen items we needed. Pool, hot tub - great. Location great, we didn't do that much exploring, but house is easy to find.

Loved the place!

Steve’s place was just what I needed! I live in South Florida and needed a getaway. It was clean, comfortable roomy, and in a great area. Walking distance to several restaurants and things to do. I definitely will be staying again.
