I have been to many holiday Inn’s as I live in US but this is by far the worst one I have been to. Room was very very below average as compared to holiday Inn properties. A/C wasn’t working well. It was uncomfortable to sleep.

You have a wonderful breakfast to start the day, and mass transit is nearby and have many choices to go sightseeing in Naples. The rooms are cleaned everyday with clean towels. The beds are comfortable and a pleasure to sleep in. I highly recommend to stay at the Holiday inn Naples.

Nice hotel in the wrong place…

The hotel was nice and comfortable but the location was not great. I understood from the Hotel.com app that it was 1.3 miles from the airport and easily reached. The reality is, it's a bit further but also requires going on the motorway. It cost €30 Euros in a taxi. Our party arrived on two different flights so incurred this charge twice. We also returned to the airport the following morning to pick up a hire car, so again had the €30 charge. There was no airport shuttle transfer. We had dinner at the hotel which was nice. The other members in our party arrived at the hotel after 10pm. There was no food available, the restaurant was closed and room service unavailable after 10pm. They got a pizza delivered to the hotel but were told they could not eat it in the seating area near the lobby. The area around the hotel did not feel particularly safe if you were leaving the hotel.

The property is not centrally located. Area is very ran down. The AC in 2 different rooms did not work. They sent maintenance to clean the vents, which were extremely dirty, but still did not fix the AC problem. Do not recommend

This property is very convenient for a flight out of Naples. The property is nice and rooms were good. They had some dining options on site we enjoyed. However, the area around the hotel is a little rough and not fully developed. It was fine for a night but not much nearby as it seemed like a business district.
