This charming cottage features soaring ceilings built in 2024 it is like new, Brand new appliances, furniture, washer and dryer, and a garage equipped with Bikes to tour the preserve, waterways and catch happy hour at the Isles Restaurant. The lanai faces the sunset, and a large lawn. The bedrooms offer a king and queen bed for a good night's sleep. Isles of Collier Preserve only a few miles from town, beach and restaurants offers the best amenities w 14 pickleball courts, sprawling swimming pools, fitness center, kayaking, tennis, bocce, biking and hiking, a restaurant and events. Guests can stay connected and active during their stay with the resort community. Enjoy your time in Naples at our lovely cottage. This is the best location!! You will not want to leave. They call Isles of Collier - Smiles of Collier -It has it all.
