New white cabinetry, with beautiful white Dolomite countertops, new plank flooring, and elegant new tile in baths,, LED lighting, trendy colors,and a screened lanai to watch the wildlife. Courtyard front entry, 1 car garage, Maytag washer and dryer.
Calusa Bay has a clubhouse, social activities, Olde Florida Nature walkway, Resort style pool, tennis courts, library, and gym. Close to the beaches, many restaurants, Waterside Shoppes, Mercato, and Coastland Center Mall.

Owner described property as his retirement condo...it was beautifully updated. The community and location were as perfect as life gets! Would rent in Colusa Bay every season, but rentals are hard to come by in this community...very high demand.

Home Away From Home
We were looking for a place near a work project and stumbled upon Brians place. Not only could the location not be better but the place was amazing. The photos certainly don't do it justice. The amenities were more than what we were hoping for as well. We were able to ride our bikes to get to grocery and work. Super close to everything without feeling like you were in the middle of all the daily bustle. Brian was super kind and helpful and very responsive during our booking process. Our situation was a bit unique as we were booking for a work related trip. Brian made it very easy and our nearly 3 month stay was perfect. Can't recommend enough! Thank you!

Convenient north Naples condo!
Nice 2 bedroom two bath condo, ground floor.
Neighborhood close and convenient to stores,
restaurants, and beach. Friendly neighbors and
nice community pool with lap lanes, and hot tub!
Overall had a great stay here!
