We had a dream of having a beach house in Naples for a very long time. Finally our dream came true and we can't wait to host you in our house. The entire house was just fully renovated. It is located in one of the most prestigious gated communities - Briarwood Court, 15 min from one of the best beaches in the world and downtown Naples. The house is surrounded by a beautiful lush tropical greenery.

A four bedroom and three bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people. Features heated pool, hot tub, privacy fence, updated kitchen with granite countertops. Living room includes a comfortable seating area, leather sofa, TV and additional lounge area.

Outdoors there is a covered lanai area which is lovely to sit under while enjoying lunch or if you want to enjoy a shade or hide from the rain and still enjoy the outside. There is a patio table with chairs for 8 people and 2 sun loungers so you can relax poolside. Next to the hot tub you will find a comfortable teardrop wicker chair to relax with a drink, read a book, or have your Instagram moment. While house is close to the street and there is some noise from the passing by vehicles, we hope you enjoy the poolside with fun music (you can find large portable speaker box near the pool area).

Beach chairs, an umbrella, beach blankets, towels and a cooler are available for you if you would like to lounge at the beach.

In the master suite you will find serene modern design a king size bed, two night stands, a dresser, working desk, and walk in closet. Walk in closet has ironing board, iron and a steamer. The en suite provides a large garden tub to soak in all your worries, large walk in shower, and double sink.

There is a second master en suite on the opposite side of the house. It has beautiful views of the pool as well as lush greenery outside. The room has a queen size bed, built in closet, chest of drawers, 2 night stands, and 2 lamps and its own private bathroom equipped with bath/shower combination, sink, and toilet.

Third bedroom featuring ocean life design will be perfect for kids. It has two full size beds that can be standing separately or pushed together for even more fun sleepover party. In the closet, you will find kids toys, books, potty (of you are potty training your little ones), toiler seat for toddlers, and pack and play. Kids bedroom is sharing the bathroom with second master en suite.

Forth bedroom, facing the front of the house, has queen size bed, built in closet, chest of drawers and its own private bathroom equipped with bath/shower combination.

You can take an evening stroll in the beautiful Briarwood Community. In addition, you can enjoy community tennis courts and pools. Kids playground is our favorite!

Note: We have two outdoor security cameras - one facing the driveway and one in the back facing the access area of the pool lenai door.

Clean, Beautiful, and Amazing Accommodations!

This place has everything you need! Beach chairs, towels, pool toys, beach toys, kitchen accessories. We traveled with 5 children aged 7 months to 10 years old. The house supplies potty chairs, high chairs, and various toys. It was kid friendly spacious, and beautiful. The property manager was quick to reply and offered local suggestions. Check in was simple! We loved everything! We loved our stay! Highly recommend the house and working with the property managers!

Well equipped, super clean home close to everything!

This a is very well run vacation rental. Ideal for families who need space and baby toddler equipment. Our grandkids loved the house and pool; we loved the jacuzzi. We have stayed in Briarwood for the last 20 years. It’s a fantastic walkable safe neighborhood. This is by far one of the cleanest houses we’ve rented. The only issue with this house is that it is located off Livingston and the noise from traffic can be loud during the day. It didn't bother us at all but if you have extreme sensitivity to noise, you may want to consider a different location. The plus side of the location is that the street is cul de sacked and not much traffic so kids can play out front.

Wonderful experience

The house was super super clean. My family of 7 really enjoyed our stay. It was very welcoming and comfortable. The host was very kind and responded to questions quickly. Beautiful House and amenities

This house is exactly as advertised. It has four large bedrooms that fit our family of six very comfortably. It also has many little nooks where we and our adult children could hang out with space and without feeling crowded. It has three full bathrooms which is amazing when travelling as six adults. The kitchen amenities were among the best I have had at a rental house. Lots of dishes, pots, bowls, and storage containers. Lots of cutting boards, knives, and cooking utensils. Multiple blenders for your mixing or blending needs. All new appliances. The washer and dryer are amazing. It is in a great gated community. The neighbours are very friendly and the community pool, tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball court was fun place to go when we were not at the beach or other off site activity. The location is fantastic. Close to golf, beach, harbour area, and downtown - 10 to 15 minutes. And it is minutes from the parkway so we never got stuck in traffic. Ramen was very responsive when we had questions or issues, and resolved everything within their abilities very quickly. The pool and hot tub are great. In Dec/Jan, the sun comes around 9:30 and stays until 2:30 - if you still want/need sun after that, you can sit in the front yard, the court across from the driveway or make your way to the community pool. You need to make sure that you turn off the hot tub when it's not in use. There is some noise from the traffic on the road at back of the property, but you can't hear it inside (ie, at night) and when at the pool during the day, you get used to it. I highly recommend this property.

Phenomenal start!

First of all, Kuman was so great with his communication throughout my whole stay! The property is amazing! Nothing to complain about at all! The location was great, it was 15 min drive from the pier and 10 minutes drive from all the great plazas and restaurants! I would recommend this place to any visitors that want to enjoy Naples! We are defiantly coming back for another stay!
