This property is very unique in that you are ensconced in all the lively energy but the lush landscape surrounding the property envelops you in quiet and serenity.

Location, location, location!This home is the most perfect location for world class shopping, restaurants and beach sunsets.We enjoyed this aspect of our stay immensely. We loved that we could bring our fifth child, our Aussiedoodle. She loved playing frisbee in the park right outside our door. The room sizes were more than adequate for a guest house, but should only be booked for two.We would have liked a little coffee to get us through our first morning and shampoo was missing as an expected staple. We will come back!

Relax and unwind

We enjoyed the space so much. It was within walking distance to so many local attractions but was nestled in a quiet area. The home is spacious and felt like a home away from home for the two of us to enjoy our getaway without feeling cramped. We loved the decor and amenities that the owners provided. The patio was inviting but there was a lot of mosquitoes. The only negative thing is that vrbo had thebwrong address listed in my confirmation email, but the owner was quick to respond and directed us to the location.

A lot of positives

This is a great location with convenient parking. The unit was clean and comfortable. Light sleeper should be aware that two AC units are just outside the bedroom window and can be heard cycling at night. However, this unit is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Old Naples Relaxation

Visiting Naples is what you make of it. In this case, the location of this property is 100%. Two-minute walk to all activities on S.3d St or 10 minutes to 5th Avenue. Five minutes to the beach. Private parking, so no issues.

Very nice property! Very close to beach..easy walk. Wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs and cooler provided. Very clean and nicely furnished. Communicating with the owners was very quick. Thank you for sharing your property!

Beautiful Location

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday and walked everywhere: the beach (2 blocks away), historical Naples (2 blocks from the center) and downtown (4 blocks away). Great location, quiet space, excellent hospitality.

Best location

Great outdoor patio; the BEST location for walking to Third Street shops and restaurants and to the beach. We found the stroll (15min) to 5th Ave. very easy (we are in our 70’s). Marilynn was exceptionally responsive to our needs!!
