Our second stay here and we enjoyed it just as much as the last time. The condo is conveniently located to restaurants and the Naples Botanical Gardens and a short drive to Old Naples. We walked to 2 different restaurants during our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this cute condo! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The property manager was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. It is in a great location off bayshore which is close to the beaches and cute shops. We would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay, even for a short stay like ours!

The property was attractive, well-maintained and suited our needs. We wanted a place that was close to our relatives we were visiting in Naples, easy to get to and from, with a kitchen! All the people we met or had any interaction with were welcoming and helpful. We would recommend the Gardenia to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at the Gardenia House. The atmosphere was relaxing. The staff was friendly, the location was great, as it was just a short drive to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Our unit apparently had not been restocked since the previous guests, as we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and the kitchen did not have any dish towels. The pool area could have used some attention, the pool water needed skimmed, as there were small pieces of debris floating on the surface, and laying on the bottom of the pool.

The murals everywhere were spectacular! It is better than going to a museum! The response time to my emails was so slow I thought the stay was not going to happen. Only 24 hours before my stay did I hear a word from the host. This can be stressful if traveling a distance. The pool was beautiful. The details in the apartment were non existent. There is salt and pepper but nothing else. Coffee shop on site! If you would like a unique experience in Naples close to the best pickleball courts ever, this is the place.
