Summary:

Our vacation rental home was constructed in 2021 and is located in the Bayshore Arts District, a trendy neighborhood that is pedestrian friendly as well as a quick and easy drive to downtown Naples. Being located on the east side of Naples bay, guests can walk to the Bay View park to enjoy gorgeous long views of the bay and some of the surrounded water front homes and businesses as well as to the world famous Naples Botanical Garden.



The Space:

Introducing a modern vacation home in Naples' Bayshore Arts District - a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood near downtown. Walk to Bay View park for stunning bay views and visit the renowned Naples Botanical Garden.



Contemporary architecture, a 1-car garage, and an open-air front porch welcome guests. Enjoy the spacious screened back porch facing south, providing abundant natural light and shade. The expansive backyard offers ample space for relaxation.



The well-appointed kitchen features a counter for informal meals, plenty of cabinets with a built-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, and a quartz countertop. The family room boasts 2 sofas, a large smart TV, and multiple windows for natural light. The adjacent dining set comfortably seats 5.



The den, with a pull-out sofa and desk, offers a private space with French doors.



The first-floor bedroom features a Queen bed, large closet, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



A half bathroom is conveniently situated near the front entrance and family room.



Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a King bed, large closet, and smart TV. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaking tub.



The second bedroom suite includes 2 twin beds, a smart TV, and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



Conveniently located on the second floor, the laundry closet houses a full-sized washer and dryer.



Relax on the covered and screened back lanai with a dining set offering views of the backyard and adjacent wooded lots. The raised home design includes steps to the backyard, front entrance, and garage.



Enjoy the trendy dining options in the Bayshore Arts District, including Ankrolab Brewery, Molcajetes, and Celebration Park. Downtown Naples and the beach are a short drive away. The Naples Pickleball Center, just 1.4 miles away, offers a world-class facility with 59 courts and hosts the US Open Pickleball Championship.



To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.



This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Wedding trip

Brought the whole family down for a wedding. Renting this property was the best decision I made. Lots of space and privacy for everyone and a really comfortable atmosphere for just hanging around.

3 couples rented this house as we were visiting other friends in Naples. Next to the Botanical Gardens! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed a clean off the main trail rental! Very Nice!

Family Birthday

Rented this unit for three couples so that we could attend a family member’s 80th birthday. The birthday guy lives in Naples and we all traveled in from Georgia and New York to attend. The accommodations were perfect for us. The unit is decorated beautifully and offered all of the amenities as listed. The management company was very quick to respond to inquiries and were gracious enough to allow us to check in early after a long morning of flying. I would definitely rent this property again.

Lovely house, so-so Neighbourhood, listing inaccurate

The house was amazing (other than a few things missing in the kitchen) but listing was inaccurate. We bought lots of meat to BBQ and, on arrival, realised we didn’t have a bbq - yet the listing had photos of a bbq, had a bbq in the amenities, and had bbq utensils in the kitchen drawers. When we asked where the bbq was, we were told it was taken away for safety purposes. The communication then ended with the management company, as I was asking for a bbq to be brought over, or a credit to my account. I had LOTS of meat I now couldn’t bbq! And we had pre planned for friends and family to come for bbqs. Not very professionally resolved. Disappointed!

Upon check-in, we found dead palmetto roaches throughout the house, as well as dead and live small bugs in the master bath and entryway. We also found food under the master bed left by previous renters. The sheets, mattress cover and comforter in the room with two twin beds were all stained. We notified the rental agency of all of this immediately and provided pictures. I cleaned up the house myself and we were not offered new linens. They sent an exterminator out the next morning to spray, but then I felt uncomfortable staying because we had two small children in our party, and now there were fresh chemicals in the home. (The exterminator informed us there was a known pest issue in the home, and he had "bombed" the house approximately one month ago. It did not appear that anyone had inspected the home before we checked in to make sure there were no more issues.) We left after the first night and stayed with family because we felt uncomfortable in the home. Further, the neighborhood is far from trendy, which is what is advertised in the listing. The block has other homes in various states of disrepair, and it is not within comfortable walking distance of anything. (Though, it is close to the botanical gardens and to other attractions by car.) We have requested the rental company make things right by offering us a partial refund, seeing as how we only slept in the house 1 out of the 4 days we booked because of the state of the rental, but they have not replied to this request.
