We had an excellent stay. The house was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really appreciated the concierge feel, with someone stopping by to see if we need anything and to show us how the pool heater worked. We loved the location to the beach front and mall area. The house was more than we expected in a perfect location. We appreciated the labor of love and resilience that went into creating this welcoming, comfortable home. Its location is convenient to the beach, the town of Naples and grocery and retail shopping. Outdoor setup is beautiful - it would have been better if we could control hot tub ourselves - that being said the property manager always responded immediately to requests to turn on. House was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water was a little difficult to figure out but property manager helped.
