First time staying at a motor inn, was very impressed, had everything we needed and was very clean.

Check in was extremely underwhelming. The host didn’t introduce himself, ask any questions or offer any information. Handed over the key and said room is paid. Not good enough when all the other hotels are a fountain of knowledge and bend over backwards to make you feel welcome.
Having said that, the room was clean and spacious and reasonably close to the city centre.

Dear Andi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we take your feedback seriously. Your host was on training and as per his first day at reception he remained polite, provided clear directions to all guests and remained professional throughout the day despite being full house/extremely busy and being nervous. I do understand that not everyone is appreciable of trainees efforts however we would love to host you back again with tons of information next time that you might have missed during this visit.

Comfortable, easy stay at Country Roads Motor Inn.
