We had an overnight stay. The staff at reception seemed not sure about booking us in. But we’re friendly enough. Room didn’t need the glade diffuser. Carpet at the door overlooking the grass area needed vacuuming. Fridge needed defrosting. The verandah was full of leave debris. Sheets were clean bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Although property has been refurbished it was showing signs of wear and tear.

A great upgrade of room facilities… good comfy bed. Meals at the hotel were good quality and value.. a good selection of local wines.
Such a beautiful town to walk around.

Stayed for 4 nights to tour the Naracoorte Caves and spend a day with My Coonawarra Wine Tour. Thoroughly enjoyed the time.

Staff didn't know how to process an online booking via Wotif. A supervisor then worked it out and assured me it would be taken care of.
On arriving home, I discovered they had attempted to charge me for the stay again on the card number I left for the room security deposit!
