A guest toilet is located on the ground floor, as well as the garage (used for storage and laundry), with washing machine, additional fridge top, microwave, sink, beach games, folding baby bed, high chair, electric grill...).
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and wardrobes, and a renovated shower room with large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and storage.

To the front and rear of the house are 2 terraces with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers to enjoy the outside.
Free parking is located just behind the residence.
