The bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the Japanese nightgown provided for each person. The only thing I want to mention is that some of the vinyl flooring near the room entrance was starting to peel, which could be a hazard. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Room and bathroom was dirty. Carpets were not glued well to the floor so we keep tripping on it. My kids room has holes on the wall with the same issue with the carpet. It’s beautiful outside and lobby area so I didn’t expect the rooms to be in that condition. The only upside with our stay was their breakfast. Will not recommend and will prefer a different hotel in the future.

We stayed one night at this hotel near the airport and it was exactly what we needed. The airport shuttle was very handy and made getting to and from the hotel easy. The hotel was very clean, the room was a bit small, but perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Always satisfied. I love the convince. So close to the terminal 3 as I can walk with 10 minutes or so when I have small luggages. If you have baggage, you better use shuttle bus. Bus departs from Terminal 1 Bus stop No 16, and Terminal 2 Bus stop No 25. both on the ground floor (1F in Japan) at December 2025. The staff including cleaners and shuttle bus staff are efficient and professional. Rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfy. Restaurants has seasonal beautiful dishes. This Tobu hotel has a drug store and a lovely convince store which selling alcoholic/ non alcoholic drinks and food like Onigiri, noodles etc as well as lovely Japanese gift. I recommend this hotel to any kind of person or group. Thanks for a nice stay 🙏

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel due to early flights out the next day. The hotel staff is excellent. Super nice and courteous, check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel's airport shuttle was awesome and convenient. While the rooms were large (for Japan), the room felt dated. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, the room was too warm, and it did not seem like there was a way to adjust the temperature. Overall, it's fine what it is, mainly catering to travelers staying for 1 night.

Hotel charges every thing: Gym, pool, no complimentary water. Not accommodating to extended an extra hour on checkout due to flight delays. Hotel wants ¥2000 for 1 hour extension. Over price breakfast, the price here can buy 2 great breakfast at Narita airport.
