Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE!! Any positive reviews on this site must be fraud. The house is not as advertised and uninhabitable! The kitchen was filthy and signs of rodent infestation and visible mouse traps were present. Extreme mildew smell throughout and stained carpets and couches in living area. Kitchen unclean with food stuck on cutting board, counters and sink. The utensils in drawer not cleaned. Personal items left in bedroom dresser drawers. The bedroom mattresses were stained and the sheets, not on the bed, were not clean, smelled of body odor and had stains. In plain sight in the living area was a letter from the town saying they have been trying to reach the homeowner - certificate of occupancy may not be updated. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is the first time we needed to leave a property upon arrival. We left right after arrival and asked VRBO for a refund. Landlord refused. Again, any positive reviews of this property must be fraud.
