The room is clean, just the right size for me and my husband. Plenty of parking spaces and is close to the places we visited especially the Opry. They have a nice & savory breakfast to choose from and the lady that’s managing the breakfast is nice and checking on the guest and she’s by herself and she was great with what she is doing.

Room and bathroom was clean. Nice hotel overall. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast options were okay and nothing great out of the way. Would be good to add more vegetarian options. Great for short stays and perfect location if you plan to visit opryland.

The room was OK but the bed and pillows were hard. The tub in the shower was rounded so it was hard to stand on (don't know why they even make these). The shower stream was harsh and actually hurt and it could not be adjusted. The one bright spot was the lady in the breakfast lounge, she was extremely friendly and always wanted to make sure we had what we needed.
