I'm semi-retired and looking for 31-90 day renter. 3400 square feet, great location to everything downtown - 2-4 miles to all areas of town. 3 floors, 3 livings rooms including bonus room with pool table. Amazing kitchen. I will be traveling on occasions and want someone living in the house. Great for business travelers and traveling nurses. 1-2 miles from all hospitals! No pets, parties or overnight guests.
