The Space
You won't be disappointed as you walk to your home away from home. Modern, open floor plan, high ceilings and walk-in closets- perfect place to call home for the weekend! The unit has comfortable queen-sized beds in the bedrooms and a couch that folds down to become a small bed (note that this is full; it can sleep two people, but it is very small. Cots are available to rent for a $25 fee).

Guest Access
You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay, as well as the apartment complex gym, club room, & pool!
Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app

Our company is called UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small and local business that strives to make your trip to Nashville great. We let our guests have their space but if needed, will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

Please note: We are not responsible for pool rules set by the community. The community only allows 3 guests per apartment.

→ No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.
→ Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. → We are located on the 2nd floor of our building and are accessible via a full flight of stairs or a handy elevator. :)
→ If this unit isn't available, we have other Pine Street Flats!
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
→ This unit is near some train tracks! The train comes and goes throughout the day. Some guests have mentioned the noise, others do not notice it at all!
→ Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.

Conveniently located on the southwest border of Nashville's Central Business District just two blocks from Music City Center, the vibrant urban development and redevelopment are home to the very best in urban living, office, retail, restaurant, entertainment venues, and hospitality.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.

Best experience ever!

My husband and I along with another couple travel a lot, more so since retiring! This was one of our top vacations ever! Our stay was so much fun and in the best location as we could walk to broadway where all the action was! We had great restaurants within minutes of our condo! The condo was beautiful, clean and convenient! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great Nashville place in The Gulch

Great two bedroom, two bath unit located in The Gulch, perfect for two couples. Cute small dog park visible across the street. Steps from the Love Biscuits restaurant. We walked to downtown Broadway Street several times. An easy walk less than a mile. The management company was great, accommodating and helpful. On/site storage was great for our early arrival and afternoon flight out. The Gulch neighborhood is vibrant and fun.

We traveled with our friends and it was great to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony was nice to people watch, and kitchen was great to make our breakfast in the morning to start our day.

Location amazing!

Overall great place! The Gulch is the cutest neighborhood. A bit expensive to eat in and around but overall excellent and clean. The only thing I’d change is having curtains put up in the rooms. Very bright so you wake with the sun. You can walk to downtown in 15 minutes which is a nice option since getting an Uber or Lyft is a chaotic difficult process. So easy to check in and they were super attentive and very accommodating!

The door to the balcony does not work and needs to be fixed.the weather was good and we wanted t sit outside. The checkout time was too early. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay

No one responded to calls, I left a voicemail someone finally Called back after Hours said that she would text me the next day with information about early check in or a storage locker. No one ever contacted me. No one answer calls or text. Check in check out was a major hassle. The door the entry to the apartment complex requires a fob. Instructions for arrival was to put in a certain code and wait to be let in the building. No one ever responded no one ever let me in. no one responded when I follow the instructions requesting entry during business hours. I was finally let in by someone else entering the building. Email communication came across as rude and militarily. Check out was also a major hassle because the parking garage fobs to get back into the building to return the parking pass it was just a pain all the way around people were unresponsive. Rooms are dark not good lighting in any of rooms except bathrooms. Door handle to patio was broke.
