Was given no check-in instructions. No code to get into the RV. No check-out instructions. Shower was dirty. Toilet was clogged. Sinks and shower wouldn't drain. Basically no propane in the tanks. The fridge and camper were hot when I arrived, so all food had to stay in coolers until the fridge cooled down by the next morning. Couldn't shower the entire stay. Spent the entire trip being a maintenance man instead of being able to enjoy myself. Owner of the campground said he wasn't notified we were even coming and helped as much as possible. After complaining to the owner, he got upset and canceled our reservation stating that we violated the terms because 3 people came instead of 2, which wasn't true at all. Then proceeded to tell us that we shouldn't rent an RV if we don't know how to use one. I've camped many, many times. Never received any compensation for the troubles and was told to leave. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!
