Just a mile from Vanderbilt and 2 miles from the buzz of Lower Broadway, this ever-so-Dolly chic retreat brings Nashville to your doorstep with all the glitz and glam of Dolly herself!. Enjoy the cozy outdoor space with Adirondack chairs and café lights at the end of the day. It’s perfect for play or a “9 to 5” work day.

Dolly Vibes Only is located at The Flats on Acklen, which are nestled in one of Nashville's most charming and sought-after areas. Sylvan Park offers a blend of residential tranquility and vibrant city life. Located just one mile from Vanderbilt University and two miles from the lively energy of Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman, and Nissan Stadium, you're never far from the heart of the action.

Sylvan Park itself is a thriving local community known for its inviting atmosphere, with a variety of locally-owned restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and laid-back bars. Whether you're grabbing brunch at a local favorite, enjoying a stroll through the nearby parks, or unwinding after a day of exploring, Sylvan Park offers the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.

Step into Dolly Vibes Only, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat with the charm of Dolly Parton herself! From the moment you enter, you’ll be wrapped in Dolly’s iconic style—prepare meals in the full kitchen, decked out with custom Dolly wallpaper that pops against bright blue cabinets. It’s the perfect setting to whip up something fabulous while channeling your inner country star.

When it’s time to dine, settle into the chic, Dolly-fied dining space, where every detail is as vibrant as Dolly's wardrobe. The living area is equally as fun, with bright, spacious vibes that bring a touch of Tennessee’s Queen of Country into every corner.
In the bedroom, you’ll find two comfy queen beds, with room-darkening curtains and a ceiling fan to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo—perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick refresh before heading back out to enjoy the town.

Step outside and kick back in the community outdoor area, where you can relax under café lighting in Adirondack chairs.

And if you’re feeling adventurous, hop on your bike to Vanderbilt or take a stroll along the Richland Greenway, just steps away, leading you straight to the beautiful Centennial Park. Dolly Vibes Only is more than a stay—it’s an experience in pure Dolly magic!


Please note, a train runs behind the apartment complex and you may hear it during your stay. It’s a short freight train that goes from Memphis to Nashville, but it operates irregularly. Sometimes it doesn’t run at all, and other times it runs a few times a day. The train doesn’t blow its horn near our building, so it’s just background noise as it passes by. The train is not visible due to the vegetation between the tracks and the building. Sound and light-reducing curtains as well as a sound machine are provided to minimize any disturbance.

Stairs are required to access Apt. 12 on the 2nd floor.
